As part of society, we believe that we must have a social and ethical responsibility in our field of intervention. We get involved in causes that protect the rights and well-being of people.

Gender equality: The technology sector, especially telecom, has been a traditionally male sector and fortunately that is changing. We actively work to advance towards the objective of equality in the company and promote internal initiatives that allow the hiring and advancement of women to key and responsible positions.

Social projects: we collaborate with third sector entities through joint donations between kenmakers and companies.

Diversity: We have a special sensitivity to people with functional diversity and we value the richness of working with people who are different from each other. We work with special employment centers and entities that promote the training and use of ICTs.

People care service: From the People&Talent department we offer coaching, accompaniment and psychological support services. We not only focus on developing your potential, but also on accompanying you when you need it, providing you with a safe and confidential space.

Teambuildings: we love to have fun as a team. At least in summer and Christmas we organize team activities, tournaments and we get together in Valencia to spend the day together. Also throughout the year we organize different initiatives to connect in person and have a good time.

Extra bonuses: through our referral program, if you refer a person for a position and they join the team, we reward you financially.

Constant communication and transparency: it is a priority that you feel part of the company and connected with our purpose, which is why we organize quarterly sessions with Kenmei's management to inform you of all the news and projects in progress as well as to attend to all questions and concerns that any kenmaker may have. In addition, regularly from people you will receive training newsletters as well as the different initiatives that are going to be carried out.

That is why at Kenmei we have flexible hours and an intensive day every Friday of the year and during the months of July and August. We serve and value all needs from individual empathy and focus on results.

Telecommuting: our teams are relocated and work remotely using agile tools and methodologies. We also have an office in Valencia for kenmakers who want to combine teleworking with personal interaction in the offices.
