Gender equality: The technological sector, and particularly, the Telco sector, has been traditionally a male sector, but fortunately, this is changing. We actively work to advance towards the equality objective in the company and we promote internal initiatives which allows the company to hire more women supporting them to follow the path to reach key corporate positions. 

Social projects: We collaborate with third sector entities through joint initiatives where donations are performed together between Kenmakers and the Company. 

Diversity: We are sensitive to people with functional diversity, and we value the richness of working with different and diverse people. We work with special employment centers and entities that promote the training and use of ICTs.

Work life balance: We understand each of us is different and has personal needs This depends on specific circumstances, so, this is why Kenmei has promoted flexible hours from Monday to Thursday, and an intensive day every Friday which is extended to July and August. We serve and value all individual needs with empathy and a focus on results. 

Remote work: All our teams are relocated and we work remotely by using agile tools and methodologies. We also have the Headquarters in Valencia where those Kenmakers that want to combine remote and office work, can do it. 

People care service: From People&Talent we want to offer coaching, accompaniment, and psychological support. Our focus is not only on getting the best from you professionally but also to be your support in those more critical moments by providing a secure and confidential space.

Teambuildings: We love enjoying time with the team. We organize different events to share time among all Kenmakers and we do it, at least, in summer and before the Christmas break. We also organize different initiatives during the year to promote the social relations between the Kenmakers.

Extra bonifications: Thanks to our referral program, if you refer a person for a position and she or he finally joins the team, you will be rewarded.

Continuous communication: We want you to feel important in Kenmei. This is a priority for us. We want you to be always connected and aware of the company evolution. This is why we perform a quarterly session led by the Management team to inform all Kenmakers about all the news and the company status but also to attend your demands and questions. From People&Talent are committed to share newsletters including information related to training courses and different planned and ongoing initiatives. 

Teamworking: We are people which love working with people by always applying the values of respect and integrity. We know things are not always easy and can become sometimes very complex. This is why we promote an environment where the teams can work easily by enjoying always what they do together. We facilitate the working atmosphere to build strong relationships that allow them to be resilient and motivated teams and always focused on results and willing to take on new challenges. We understand that the key to overcoming ourselves is also going beyond our “obligations” and “daily routines”.
