Kenmei Technologies has signed a research collaboration agreement with the Universitat Politécnica de València (UPV) for the provision of research services and scientific technical advice for 5G technology.
The goal of the program is to develop Kenmei Technologies skills on the new technology on which the UPV is a leading university worldwide.
Dr. José Monserrat, Professor at the UPV will be in charge of the management and coordination of the working team and will be the scientific consultant in charge of the project.
His current research focuses on the design of future 5G wireless systems and their performance assessment. He has been involved in several European Projects, being especially significant his participation in NEWCOM, PROSIMOS, WINNER+, METIS/METIS-II where he led the simulation activities, and currently 5G-XCAST.
